Terms and Conditions

At Prixa Digital, we prioritize the security of your data and the transparency of our marketing processes. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it to manage your campaigns and digital presence.

1. Data Collection and Usage

We collect information to provide and improve our marketing services. This includes:

  • Contact Details: Your name, business email, and phone number when you request a proposal or start a project.
  • Platform Access: For SEO and Performance Marketing, we require access to tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and your advertising accounts (Meta, Google, etc.). This data is used solely to manage and report on your campaign performance.
  • Technical Logs: We record standard visitor data such as IP addresses, browser types, and time stamps. This helps us understand how people use our site and ensures our systems stay secure.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and tracking pixels (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Tag) to measure the success of our ads and to provide a better experience on our website.

  • These tools allow us to see how you interact with our content.
  • You can manage or disable cookies through your individual browser settings.
  • We do not have direct control over how third-party platforms (like LinkedIn or Google) use the data they collect via these tags, and we recommend reviewing their individual privacy policies.

3. Data Protection for Clients

We treat your business data as strictly confidential. Access to your analytical accounts is restricted to the team members working on your project. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it immediately.

5. Consent

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

6. Service Scope

We provide professional services in Video Production, Performance Marketing, Branding & Strategy, and SEO. Each project will have a specific work order or proposal detailing the exact deliverables and timelines.

7. Client Obligations

To achieve the best results, you agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback on creative drafts (videos, logos, or brand strategies).
  • Grant necessary administrative access to your website and marketing platforms.
  • Ensure you own the rights to any assets (images, fonts, or previous videos) you provide for us to use in your projects.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Project-Based Work: (e.g., Video Production, Branding) requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
  • Retainer Services: (e.g., SEO, Performance Marketing) are billed monthly. We require a 30-day written notice to pause or end a monthly recurring service.
  • Ad Spend: For performance marketing, you are responsible for paying the advertising platforms (Google, Meta) directly for ad spend. Our fee covers the management and optimization of those ads.

9. Ownership of Work (Intellectual Property)

  • Final Deliverables: Once full payment is received, you own the final versions of the videos, branding assets, and SEO content we create for you.
  • Agency Rights: We retain ownership of our internal processes, proprietary strategies, and raw files (such as unedited video footage or design source files) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Portfolio: We reserve the right to display the final public-facing work in our portfolio to showcase our results.

10. SEO and Performance Results

While we use industry-standard methods to improve your search visibility and ad performance, search engine algorithms and market conditions change frequently. We do not guarantee specific rankings or a fixed number of leads, as these are influenced by factors outside our direct control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Prixa Digital is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data issues resulting from the use of our services or third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be settled through the courts of Kathmandu/Lalitpur.
